6.3 User Submissions

By submitting content such as reviews, comments, or questions, you grant Skillino a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such submissions.

9.2 Termination by Skillino

Skillino shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

18. Language
