1.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription purchases are eligible for refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date, provided that fewer than 5 courses have been accessed or started during this period.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Digital downloads, course materials, or certificates that have been accessed or downloaded
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been viewed
- Special promotional offers or discounted bundles marked as final sale
- Gift subscriptions that have been redeemed by the recipient
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
- Courses purchased more than 14 days ago

7.2 No Future Charges
